- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp lemon zest
Filling:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp lemon zest
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
Icing:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- Extra lemon zest for topping
Make dough and rest 10-20 minutes
Prepare filling
Roll dough, spread filling, and slice
Rise in warm oven 30 minutes
