- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Slice tomatoes into 1/3-inch thick slices.
Finely chop garlic, onion, and herbs.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, onion, and herbs.
Arrange tomato slices on a platter. Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon marinade over tomatoes.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
