Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • cup fresh oregano chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh thyme
  • ½ cup crumbled feta
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • ½ cup chopped olives green and/or Kalamata
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl or shallow dish, combine olive oil, herbs, feta, garlic, olives, lemon zest and juice, and honey. Stir gently.
  • Taste and add salt if needed.
  • Serve with warm bread or let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
