Mini Caramel Apple Bites

Mini caramel apples made easy with apple balls, pretzel sticks, and a side of rich caramel dip. A fun, quick treat for any occasion!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large Granny Smith apples
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Marzetti Old Fashioned Caramel Dip

Instructions
 

  • Fill a large bowl with cold water and stir in lemon juice.
  • Wash and dry apples.
  • Use a melon baller to scoop round balls of apple and place them in lemon water.
  • Once all apple balls are ready, remove from water and gently pat dry.
  • Use a chopstick to poke a small hole in the top of each apple ball, then insert a pretzel stick.
  • Serve immediately with caramel dip on the side.
