- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9×13-inch pan.
In a bowl, whisk together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix buttermilk, butter, oil, eggs, and honey.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
Pour into pan and bake for 20–25 minutes.
