Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 stalks celery chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 medium onion chopped (about ½ cup)
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water.
  • Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
  • In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Add warm potatoes, celery, and onion. Toss gently to combine.
