- 1 pound raw jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined, tails ON or OFF
- 2 ears corn husked and cut into 5 rounds each
- 8 ounces new potatoes quartered
- 6 ounces andouille sausage cut into 1-inch rounds
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Lightly grease air fryer basket and preheat to 370°F.
Pat shrimp dry and place in a bowl; set aside.
In another bowl, combine corn, potatoes, and sausage.
Melt butter and stir in garlic, Old Bay, and cayenne pepper.
Pour a quarter of the butter mixture over shrimp and toss to coat.
Pour remaining butter over potato mixture and mix well.
