Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound raw jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined, tails ON or OFF
  • 2 ears corn husked and cut into 5 rounds each
  • 8 ounces new potatoes quartered
  • 6 ounces andouille sausage cut into 1-inch rounds
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Lightly grease air fryer basket and preheat to 370°F.
  • Pat shrimp dry and place in a bowl; set aside.
  • In another bowl, combine corn, potatoes, and sausage.
  • Melt butter and stir in garlic, Old Bay, and cayenne pepper.
  • Pour a quarter of the butter mixture over shrimp and toss to coat.
  • Pour remaining butter over potato mixture and mix well.

Notes

  • For even cooking, try to keep the potato pieces small and uniform.
  • Tail-on shrimp make a prettier presentation, but tail-off is easier to eat.
  • Use kielbasa or turkey sausage as a substitute for andouille if desired.
