Ingredients
  

  • 1 large green or red cabbage
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional toppings: grated Parmesan red pepper flakes, parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet.
  • Remove outer cabbage leaves.
  • Slice into ¾-inch thick steaks, keeping the core intact.
  • Mix oil and spices. Brush over both sides of cabbage slices.
  • Arrange in a single layer on the sheet.
  • Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
