  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup fresh basil loosely packed
  • Bread slices and cheese of choice for sandwiches

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • Place tomatoes, onion, and garlic in a large casserole dish.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, oregano, and smoked paprika.
  • Roast for 30-40 minutes until caramelized.
