- 1 scoop Naked Nutrition Naked Gut
- 10 oz vanilla almond milk plus more for frothing, optional
- 2 tsp food-grade rose water
- 1/4 tsp ashwagandha
- Pinch of cardamom
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp natural pink food coloring
- Optional: 1 tsp coconut oil
Froth 1/4 cup almond milk (optional).
Heat almond milk in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
Add Naked Gut, rose water, ashwagandha, cardamom, maple syrup, pink coloring, and coconut oil (if using).
Blend the mixture for 10 seconds until smooth.
Pour into a mug, top with frothed milk, and garnish if desired.
