Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Naked Nutrition Naked Gut
  • 10 oz vanilla almond milk plus more for frothing, optional
  • 2 tsp food-grade rose water
  • 1/4 tsp ashwagandha
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp natural pink food coloring
  • Optional: 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Froth 1/4 cup almond milk (optional).
  • Heat almond milk in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  • Add Naked Gut, rose water, ashwagandha, cardamom, maple syrup, pink coloring, and coconut oil (if using).
  • Blend the mixture for 10 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour into a mug, top with frothed milk, and garnish if desired.
