- 2/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup heavy cream divided
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter cubed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Flaky sea salt for topping

Combine sugar, corn syrup, and half the cream.
Stir over medium heat.
Add butter and remaining cream gradually.
