Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrot slices
  • 1/4 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced firm tofu
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cubes chicken bouillon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts

Instructions
 

  • Chop the onion, broccoli, carrots, and celery. Dice the tofu.
  • Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
  • Add the vegetables and tofu.
  • Stir in chicken bouillon cubes until dissolved. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Simmer for 10–15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Add bean sprouts and cook 2–3 more minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
