- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup carrot slices
- 1/4 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup diced firm tofu
- 4 cups water
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
Chop the onion, broccoli, carrots, and celery. Dice the tofu.
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
Add the vegetables and tofu.
Stir in chicken bouillon cubes until dissolved. Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer for 10–15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add bean sprouts and cook 2–3 more minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
