- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tsp chili garlic sauce
- ½ tbsp cornstarch optional
Whisk together garlic, honey, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce.
Place chicken in slow cooker. Pour sauce over.
Cook on LOW 4–5 hours or HIGH 2–3 hours.
Remove chicken, shred with forks.
Optional: Whisk cornstarch into ¼ cup liquid, stir into slow cooker.
