Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • ½ tbsp cornstarch optional

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together garlic, honey, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce.
  • Place chicken in slow cooker. Pour sauce over.
  • Cook on LOW 4–5 hours or HIGH 2–3 hours.
  • Remove chicken, shred with forks.
  • Optional: Whisk cornstarch into ¼ cup liquid, stir into slow cooker.
