- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
- ½ cup tamari or soy sauce
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup sriracha
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 Tbsp cornstarch optional
Whisk together tamari, honey, sriracha, and garlic.
Add chicken to slow cooker and pour sauce on top.
Cook on high for 1.5–2 hours or low for 3–5 hours.
Shred chicken with forks and remove from cooker.
Stir cornstarch into sauce to thicken (optional).
Return chicken to sauce, stir, and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
