Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
  • ½ cup tamari or soy sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup sriracha
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1.5 Tbsp cornstarch optional

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together tamari, honey, sriracha, and garlic.
  • Add chicken to slow cooker and pour sauce on top.
  • Cook on high for 1.5–2 hours or low for 3–5 hours.
  • Shred chicken with forks and remove from cooker.
  • Stir cornstarch into sauce to thicken (optional).
  • Return chicken to sauce, stir, and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
