- 200 g 1 cup sourdough discard, stirred and unfed
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- Seasonings: flaky sea salt everything bagel mix, sesame seeds (optional)
Stir together sourdough discard, melted butter, and salt.
Spread into a thin rectangle on the sheet (about 13×11 inches).
Sprinkle with desired toppings.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and score into squares.
