Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shredded chicken
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 1 cup black beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup finely diced red onion
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 medium red bell pepper diced
  • ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vinegar-based hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, corn, beans, onion, cilantro, and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and hot sauce.
