- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp clove powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp Brazilian Iguaçu River Wildflower Honey
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- Pollen optional – Organic Brazilian Iguaçu River Valley
- Rose petals for topping
Mix all the spices together and divide between two large mugs.
Add 1 tablespoon of wildflower honey to each cup. Pour in hot water and let sit for 2 minutes.
Stir to combine the spices and honey.
Whip the coconut milk until light and frothy.
Pour whipped coconut milk over each drink.
Garnish with rose petals and bee pollen if using.
