Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp clove powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp Brazilian Iguaçu River Wildflower Honey
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • Pollen optional – Organic Brazilian Iguaçu River Valley
  • Rose petals for topping

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the spices together and divide between two large mugs.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of wildflower honey to each cup. Pour in hot water and let sit for 2 minutes.
  • Stir to combine the spices and honey.
  • Whip the coconut milk until light and frothy.
  • Pour whipped coconut milk over each drink.
  • Garnish with rose petals and bee pollen if using.

  • Coconut Swap: You can use oat milk or almond milk if you prefer.
