Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Marinade:

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar or apple cider

For the Stir-Fry:

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 10 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 2 –4 jalapeños thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp garam masala or curry powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Mix soy sauce, sriracha, and vinegar.
  • Add chicken and marinate 10–15 minutes.
  • Heat oils in a skillet. Sauté garlic and jalapeños for 30 seconds.
  • Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add sugar.
  • Add bell peppers and stir-fry for 5 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
  • Sprinkle in pepper and garam masala. Stir in cilantro.

Notes

  • Spice Level: Use 2 jalapeños for a mild kick, 4+ for a spicier version. You can also swap in Thai chilies or Fresno peppers.
