Ingredients
  

  • 2 3-ounce packages ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp sriracha adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook ramen noodles per package directions, without seasoning. Drain and set aside.
  • In a small skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Whisk in soy sauce, brown sugar, and sriracha.
  • Toss noodles with sauce until coated.
  • Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or chili flakes if desired. Serve hot!
