- 2 3-ounce packages ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp sriracha adjust to taste
Cook ramen noodles per package directions, without seasoning. Drain and set aside.
In a small skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and stir for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat. Whisk in soy sauce, brown sugar, and sriracha.
Toss noodles with sauce until coated.
Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or chili flakes if desired. Serve hot!
