- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp collagen optional
- ½ tsp Now Better Stevia Extract
- 2 pinches Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp glucomannan
- 6 –7 strawberries fresh or frozen
- 3 cups ice cubes about one tray
Add lemon juice, almond milk, collagen, stevia, salt, and vanilla to blender.
Blend on low a few seconds.
Slowly add glucomannan while blending on low. Continue 30 seconds, then stop.
Add strawberries and ice. Blend on high until smooth and slushy.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
