Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp collagen optional
  • ½ tsp Now Better Stevia Extract
  • 2 pinches Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp glucomannan
  • 6 –7 strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 3 cups ice cubes about one tray

Instructions
 

  • Add lemon juice, almond milk, collagen, stevia, salt, and vanilla to blender.
  • Blend on low a few seconds.
  • Slowly add glucomannan while blending on low. Continue 30 seconds, then stop.
  • Add strawberries and ice. Blend on high until smooth and slushy.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
