Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white rice uncooked
  • 2 medium cabbages
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 medium carrots divided
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp olive oil divided
  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt-free seasoning
  • Tbsp sea salt divided

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice with salt, oil, and water until tender.
  • Boil cabbage with vinegar and salt, peel softened leaves.
  • Grate 4 carrots and sauté with oil and butter.
  • Add marinara and combine with meats, rice, eggs, and salt to make filling.
  • Roll filling in cabbage leaves, layering into a pot.
  • Sauté remaining carrots with seasoning, sour cream, and marinara.
