Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces (about 2 breasts)
  • 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Herbs de Provence
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 bell peppers cut into big chunks
  • 1 zucchini chopped into big chunks
  • 1 large onion chopped into chunks (red onion preferred)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, sweet chili sauce.
  • Vegetable oil, smoked paprika, garlic granules, Herbs de Provence, and chopped vegetables. Mix well.
  • Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Thread chicken and veggies onto skewers, alternating pieces.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Spray basket with cooking oil.

Notes

  • You can swap in chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
