- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 cups of green beans
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 4 tbsp Asian sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- Salt & pepper
Boil water and cook jasmine rice for 10 minutes.
Wash and trim green beans; microwave with water for 4–5 minutes.
Brown ground turkey with salt and pepper in a skillet.
Drain grease, add green beans to skillet.
Stir in butter, sugar, soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce.
Heat until sauce melts and coats everything.
