Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 4 cups of green beans
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 4 tbsp Asian sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil water and cook jasmine rice for 10 minutes.
  • Wash and trim green beans; microwave with water for 4–5 minutes.
  • Brown ground turkey with salt and pepper in a skillet.
  • Drain grease, add green beans to skillet.
  • Stir in butter, sugar, soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce.
  • Heat until sauce melts and coats everything.

Notes

  • Rice: Feel free to substitute jasmine rice with brown rice, quinoa, or any other grain you prefer.
