- 1 English cucumber sliced
- 2 large or 3 medium avocados peeled, pitted & sliced
- 1 small/medium red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
In a large bowl, combine flaked tuna, sliced cucumber, avocado, red onion, and chopped cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Pour dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine.
