Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz tuna in oil drained and flaked (3 small cans)
  • 1 English cucumber sliced
  • 2 large or 3 medium avocados peeled, pitted & sliced
  • 1 small/medium red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
  • teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine flaked tuna, sliced cucumber, avocado, red onion, and chopped cilantro.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately, or chill briefly before serving.
